Tasting Notes
| : | The colour is reminiscent of ripe cherries, but with ruby red nuances. Bright and lustrous, with a bouquet that it open and fragrant, wine-like, with a whole array of aromas including redcurrants, raspberries, blackberries and violets. Balanced, honest and consistent to the palate, it leaves behind a cogent sense of small red fruits. Delicate yet also robust. To be served cool (cellar temperature) and drunk young.
